Our first event took place on the 28th of December 2013 in Corinthia hotel in Khartoum and attracted over 150 guests from difference backgrounds including many leading figures in Sudan’s architecture and engineering community including academic , professional figures, as well as students.

Dr. Osman Elkheir

Ph. D. in architecture, Human Settlements,
and 39 years of experience in planning and
design of various types of building projects as
well as research and teaching. Contributed
to major projects of master plans, design
works, assessment of existing buildings and
rehabilitation programmes. Got training in
England, Germany and Sweden. Contributed
to the Encyclopedia of Vernacular Architecture
of the World, Oxford University. Cochairman
of Arc.Peace International past two years.
Representative in Sudan of the Swedish
Sudanese Association. Volunteer in many
NGOs.
